The Faces Behind LEAP

Both Brennan and Kylee grew up in Southwest Saskatchewan and moved to Saskatoon together to pursue their education. They have always had a combined passion for the Saskatchewan prairies and large developed cities, Saskatoon gives them the best of both worlds. As the city grew while they were in university, they were excited to grow with it. The city has a large population of university students creating a high demand for rental properties. We saw the opportunity to give small families, and university students the chance to live in new and developing neighbourhoods without having to commit to the housing market prices.
